Randee Travis died in a fatal head-on collision that happened on Route 202 in Doylestown Township.
According to the police, a Towamencin Township man identified as 24-year-old Paul Sylvester Foster was travelling at about 21 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone which was above the speed limit, he crossed the double yellow lines on Route 202 while looking down at his phone because he was using a mapping system.
Paul Foster who was an unlicensed driver, collided into another vehicle driven by Randee Travis. Officials got to the scene of the accident to find Foster crawling out of his vehicle which was on its side. While Travis was found unconscious behind the steering wheel, she was disentangled from the vehicle by Doylestown Fire Company.
Authorities did not release any other information on Travis such as Age or Address.

According to report, the vehicle crash happened at about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, afternoon.
Foster is facing a 7-degree-counts which includes; homicide, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, involuntary manslaughter, recklessly endangering another person, driving on roadways lane for traffic, driving vehicles at unsafe speeds, and reckless driving.
Foster was released bond after his bail was set at $50,000 on Wednesday. He appear in court Sept. 13 for a preliminary hearing.
