West Nashville Stabbing – A 54-year-old man was reported to be stabbed in the abdomen in the early hours on Friday morning and was rushed to the hospital in West Nashville.
The Police got the report around 12:05am and responded. According to police, the victim was walking into a homeless camp in wooded area behind the Bojangle’s at 7000 A Charlotte Pike when a 34-year-old man came up to him, stabbing him in the abdomen with a 5″ knife.
The 34-year-old suspect according to the police is a white male, with height 6’4″ and weighing 250 pounds.
The victim is currently receiving treatment in Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was rushed to.
Investigation started by the officers combing through the woods. A tent was found where the stabbing is thought to have occurred because of the possible blood stains near one of the tents.
So far, no arrests have been made as police is still investigation.
