The police have been successful in locating and identifying the driver of the lone car that was involved in the collision that took place in the afternoon on Wednesday. The individual was a man by the name of Keith Albert, who is 57 years old and lives in Willington, as stated by Captain Jeffrey Spadjinske of the Coventry Police Department. Spadjinske claims that the medical professionals at the hospital verified that Albert had passed away after he was admitted there.

According to Spadjinske, the accident occurred on Stonehouse Road around 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Stonehouse Road is situated quite near to the county line between Mansfield and Richland.
When Spadjinske witnessed the accident, Albert was driving his vehicle eastbound on Stonehouse Road in his vehicle when he veered off the road and over an embankment. After colliding with a tree in the vicinity of the 700 block of the road, his vehicle came to a stop there. Spadjinske claims that first responders discovered him unresponsive, which forced them to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on him (CPR). Stonehouse Road was closed for around four hours as the police investigated the crash that occurred there. During that time, the police were on the scene.
