Cuff, 36, of Everett died on Monday morning, 14th of September 2020 when the car she was driving crashed into a guardrail and a semi truck at high speed on Interstate 5 in North Everett, the Washington State Patrol reports. KOMONews said Troopers and paramedics were called to the scene, in the southbound lanes of I-5 near State Route 529, at around 5:10 a.m. after receiving reports of a serious two-vehicle collision. The crash report says that a totaled Honda Odyssey and a damaged tractor-trailer rig were found at the scene.
KOMONews reported that Brenda L. Cuff who was the driver of the Honda was pronounced dead. Her 37-year-old Arlington passenger was uninjured. The semi driver, a 36-year-old British Columbia man, was unhurt. A preliminary investigation found that the Honda passed the semi at high speed, slammed into the guardrail then bounced off the guardrail and crashed into the semi, KOMONews stated.
