Carmen Stewart Obituary – Cause Of Death : Little Rock, AR, 1980 – 2021
On Friday morning, June 11, 2021, 41-year-old Carmen Bullard Stewart, passed away while battling from cancer. In an obituary published by arkansasonline, Carmen was described as a “loving and devoted mother, daughter, and sister, and a generous and selfless friend to so many. Her childlike excitement, her courage and strength, and her concern for others were admired by all whose lives she touched.”

She graduated from Central High School, attended the University of Arkansas, and graduated from UALR before beginning a 14-year career at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she was most recently the Privacy Compliance Coordinator.

Carmen was Christian and a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her parents, Roy and Karen Bullard, children, Jackson and Mallory, her sister, Leah Sheridan (Derek), and nephew, Lewis, and grandmother, Mozella Flucht, and cousin, Brandon Howard.
The family would like to thank Dr. Diane Wilder and all the doctors and nurses of CARTI for all their care and support, as well as Carmen’s family, friends and coworkers for the outpouring of love. Memorials can be in made in her honor to the Penick Boys and Girls Club, The First Tee of Central Arkansas, and Pulaski Heights United Methodist church.
