Conroe Accident – I-45 North Freeway : There was a fatal accident involving a pedestrian on Monday, the accident which happened just before 6 a.m., near 336/Cartwright in Montgomery County. The victim of the accident has not being identified but the freeway has being reopened just before 9 a.m.
According to Conroe Police Department Sgt. Jeff Smith, three vehicles and a pedestrian were involved in the accident. One of the vehicles was an Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Tahoe.
The female pedestrian was apparently walking on the freeway when she was struck by one of the vehicles, and the two subsequent vehicles crashed as a result of the initial accident.
