Oneida Chief Adrien Chrisjohn has said he will not speak with the media, citing the privacy of grieving loved ones and the ongoing police probe, but he did call the slaying a “shock” to the community of roughly 2,200, located about 30 minutes southwest of London.
“I hope our community can take this time to acknowledge the families impacted by this tragedy and offer our condolences and support to the families in these tragic times.”
We express our sympathy and deepest condolences to Doxtator’s family today and in the days, weeks, months, and years that are to come as they cope with his passing. May his soul rest in peace.
