RIP James Furlong. I’ve been vocal on here about what I believe lately, but these deaths are as much of a tragedy as any other. As much as I hate such incidents being used to disparage immigrants or justify racism, that shouldn’t stop us from being appalled.

Devastated to hear the news that Old Xaverian James Furlong was murdered last night in Reading.
He was an inspirational History teacher and his Headteacher has spoken highly of him as a teacher and person.

An American man is the second victim of the Reading stabbings to be named.
Joe Ritchie-Bennett had lived in the UK for 15 years, his father confirmed to US TV network CBS.
Teacher James Furlong and one other person also died.

James Furlong, 36, taught history in a girls school. Stabbed to death a fake asylum seeker. #Labour will not bend the knee for him.#BBC won’t live stream his funeral. This time next month you probably won’t remember his name. To the #leftwaffe his life does not matter pic.twitter.com/70x5QPp4Zo

Not at all. James Furlong was the wrong colour for the left or the MSM to care. https://t.co/vvUqvgajTk

One of those lives lost was of a well-respected teacher, Mr James Furlong, from the Holt School Wokingham. I believe Mr Furlong’s death will be felt most strongly by his work colleagues and the students of Holt School, where he was a most effective and popular member of the staff.

Tribute to 1st victim, James Furlong, unmarried, refers to him as ‘partner’. I could be wrong. Perhaps they meant a law firm.https://t.co/gbxWOFmqMM
