Jermie White Death | Dies At 49 In Spring River

Jermie White Drowned To Death – The body of a man who was reported missing on Saturday has been found from the Spring River on Sunday.

Authorities have identified the man as 49-year-old Jermie White from Jonesboro.

The search team which includes: Members of the Sharp County sheriff’s office, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and the Hardy Fire Department Water Rescue Team, searched for Jermie all through Saturday evening (the day he went missing) till Sunday morning, before he was found at 9:24am.

Renee Clay-Circle, Sharp County Coroner  confirmed that his body was found near River Bend Park in Hardy and that  Jermie drowned over the weekend.

This is the second drowning to be recorded in Sharp County this year.
