Kenyada Juan Mitchell Death | Shot Dead

Kenyada Juan Mitchell has been identified as the victim of Friday night shooting that happened in Fairfield. Mitchell died at the of 29, May 22nd, 2020.

Mitchell was a resided in Saint Stephens, which is in southwest Alabama’s Washington County. The shooting that led to the death of Mitchell happened at night. Deputies were dispatched at 10 p.m. to the 4100 block of  Lloyd Noland Parkway after receiving calls of shots fired.

Upon their arrival, they found Mitchell and a 26-year-old woman inside a white Dodge Avenger. Mitchell was suffering from gun wound and was pronounced dead at 10:45 p.m.

Sgt. Joni Money said Mitchell had been shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 10:45 p.m.

Witnesses told investigators the vehicle was traveling on Lloyd Noland Parkway when a white SUV – similar to a Tahoe or Yukon – began to follow them. The passenger in the SUV opened fire on the Avenger.
