Kimberly Boyd Missing – Help Locate Kimberly Boyd
It was the evening of April 3, 1987, when 31-year-old Linda McCord, 32-year-old Sarah Boyd, and Sarah’s two-year-old daughter Kimberly Boyd were traveling together on their way home from a gospel concert in Waltersboro, South Carolina. They were making their way to Dorchester County, South Carolina heading toward Orangeburg County when they vanished.

Their vehicle, a blue Lincoln, was seen by an eye witness traveling between 30 to 45 miles per hour. There was another vehicle traveling behind them, but no one could identify the car or the person behind the wheel for detectives.
Two days later, their blue Lincoln was found abandoned near the intersection of Highway 15 and 176 in Dorchester County by Linda’s husband. Investigators examined the vehicle and saw that a freeze plug had blown out and the engine had overheated.
