Sequential executioner Scott Kimball has been captured for investigation of solicitation to commit first-degree murder and endeavored escape.
A capture warrant was documented Tuesday by the FBI against Kimball, who is being held in Sterling Correctional Facility.
Kimball, 51, supposedly plotted the break and murder between May 6 and Sept. 22 while he was detained in Sterling, as per Logan County District Court archives.
Kimball, a FBI source turned-sequential executioner, is carrying out a 70-year punishment for four homicides committed after he was discharged from government jail in December 2002 to go about as a FBI witness.
