Georgia Mother And Her Two Children Found Dead In Submerged Car – According to the Augusta Chronicle, a Georgia mother and her 10-month-old twin sons were found dead in a submerged car in Augusta Friday.
Police arrived on the scene at Mayors Pond around 4:50 PM, and crews lifted the car out of the water, finding the mother and children inside, according to WSB.
WSB reports all three were pronounced dead around 8 PM.
Authorities identified the victims as Shaquia Philpot, 25, and her sons Caysen and Cassius Williams. The bodies have been sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation lab for an autopsy.
It’s unclear how long the bodies were in the water.
