Nadezhda Volobuev Death – The East Precinct office has identified a 61-year-old Nadezhda Volobuev, as the victim of the stabbing that occurred on Friday, July 10, 2020, at approximately 9:30 a.m, in the 16300 block of Southeast Foster Road.

The case has been ruled as homicide by the Oregon State Medical Examiners Office.

The suspect has also been identified as the victim’s daughter, Angelina Volobuev, 29.

Volobuev is currently in custody and charged with Murder in the Second Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Investigation is still ongoing to determine what led to the homicide.
