How James Dellavecchia Murdered Scott Robbins
James known for his temper was Scott neighbor and they were having misunderstanding after Scott built a shed in James’ backyard. It was so uncomfortable for James that he made several calls to the police and complained about the noise from Scott’s backyard. The police weren’t able to do anything to stop Scott because the building in which Scott lived in had all the “required permits.”
As police were unable to settle James and Scott’s difference, James snapped, and had to shoot Scott to death.
According to report, James had waited for Scott to come out of his house and then proceeded to shoot him and later, his stepdaughter. Scott sustained serious gunshot injuries but did not die before Police arrived.
Scott told the police that James shot him. Police recovered a bloody briefcase which contained the firearm he used in the shooting that eventually claimed Scott’s life.
James was arrested without incident. At the police station, the authorities stated that James had run headfirst into the cell wall on purpose and had to be treated for injuries. He was charged while in the hospital for the murder of Scott and the attempted murder of Kristen.
