Robert Kekaula Cause Of Death – Obituary : Hawaii Journalist Dead At Age 56
Longtime renowned Hawaii journalist and sportscaster, Robert Kekaula has died on Saturday morning, at about 8:25 a.m. He was 56-year-old. His cause of death is not yet said.
Kekaula was well known in Hawaii sports media. His started a career in broadcasting as a weekend sports producer at KGMB and by 1989 he was working for KITV as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. In the year 1994, Kekaula left KITV and started working with KHNL but later took a U-turn in 1997 and returned to KITV where worked as a managing editor.
Kekaula later finally left KITV and has been the play-by-play announcer for University of Hawaii football games for Spectrum Sports for years. Following the news of Kekaula’s death, KITV4′s news director
