Rose Lake Death – The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has confirmed and is reporting the recovery of the bodies of two men who drowned at Rose Lake in Hocking Hills State Park on Sunday, July 26, 2020.

The men were last seen using a rope swing at the lake on Sunday afternoon when one of them began struggling in the water, and the second victim went in to help, but none of them resurfaced, says officials.
Their identities have not been released by Hocking County Sheriff’s Office pending notification of their next of kin.
